By placing an order with Moss & Manor LLC, you agree to the following terms.
Product:
Our sea moss gel is a small-batch food product made fresh weekly in our home kitchen in Groveland, Florida. Each batch is made to order using wildcrafted sea moss from St. Lucia, spring water, and a wooden spoon. We use no heat, no preservatives, and no shortcuts.
Pricing:
8oz jar: $25
16oz jar: $35
Manor Pantry Bundle: Buy 3 jars, get the 4th free.
Manor Subscription: $30 per month with one free jar per month plus $5 off each additional jar.
Prices are subject to change.
Order cutoff:
Orders received by Tuesday 6 PM are included in that week's batch. Orders received after Tuesday 6 PM roll to the following week's batch.
Delivery:
FREE delivery is available for customers in Clermont, Groveland, Minneola, and Mascotte, and surrounding areas. Delivery day is Friday. Pick-up locations are also available. We do not currently ship outside of South Lake County.
Storage:
Our gel is fresh and contains no preservatives. Refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Use within 3 to 4 weeks for best quality. Freeze for longer storage.
Refunds:
Because this is a perishable food product made to order, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered. If there is a quality issue with your jar, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@mossandmanorfl.com and we will work with you to make it right.
